MARDESÍA
The sea, art and the poetry of architecture are the guides of the Mardesía Galicia project. A way of understanding tourism based on the sensations of experimentation and respect for the natural environment of a unique enclave in the world, Galicia. An experience that is born on the coast of A Lanzada, in Sanxenxo. A privileged place full of life and nature. There from where you can see Cíes and Ons. Next to the beautiful beaches of A Lanzada, with its chapel overlooking the sea and the open-air site. And the beaches of Lapa and Areas Gordas. A place from where the traveller will be able to enjoy the maritime culture of the villages of the Rías Baixas.
Mardesía Villas
Eco-efficient and exclusive tourist flats of recent and innovative construction. The complex consists of a parking area, an exhibition space and 5 independent accommodation buildings. The buildings merge modern and technological architecture with the seafaring tradition. Each accommodation consists of two floors distributed in a similar way to a small house with a terrace and private hydromassage. One of the lodgings is fully accessible and distributed on a single, open-plan floor. All the lodgings are equipped with an autonomous system to control the entry of tenants and to regulate the thermal comfort control system.
