Exclusively designed, passive and eco-efficient flat for up to 6 people, belonging to the Mardesía Galicia tourist apartment complex in A Lanzada. It is located less than ten minutes walk from the beaches of Foxos, Areas Gordas, Lapa and A Lanzada, as well as the chapel and site of A Lanzada. Like the other Mardesía tourist flats, it is south-facing, which allows optimum control of light and temperature for maximum comfort. Both its exclusive design and architecture as well as its operation are conceived with the aim of offering the most pleasant and comfortable stay possible, for which the house has a personalised virtual assistant (PAM), whose objective is to help and facilitate the stay of our guests, offering them the opportunity to immerse themselves in the landscapes and the seafaring culture. Villa for 6 people, has 61 m2 distributed on two floors, private terrace and jacuzzi: On the upper floor there are two bedrooms of 10 m2 and a bathroom of 4 m2. On the lower floor, with a total area of 28 m2, you will find the integrated kitchen and the living-dining room with sofa bed.
