The murmur of the Atlantic and the trees are the companions of a journey through the senses. It is the nature of the coast of Pontevedra that offers the ideal environment in which to experience the wellbeing of true relaxation. And it is for this purpose that our 5 passive and eco-efficient villas have been created. All of them are south-facing to make the most of natural light and warmth.
A nod to the mariñeira tradition on which the culture of our land is based. Their names are a tribute to some of Galicia’s most emblematic traditional boats. And they are a reinterpretation of the traditional beach huts.
Eco-efficient buildings and technology at the service of culture
Each of the passive villas offers all the advantages of the latest technology. Including an autonomous tenant entry control system and thermal regulation system. Plus the Personalised Virtual Assistant (PAM), which informs guests of the experiences they can immerse themselves in around the area. All also come with free parking.
The efficiency of each building and the simplicity of their design are spread over two floors. Except for one of the houses, Trainera has a single open-plan floor designed to eliminate barriers. All of them keep some secrets of comfort such as: their private hydromassage and their terrace, where you can enjoy an incomparable natural environment that nourishes the spirit and fills you with happiness.
GAMELA
This village gets its name from the functional and indispensable Gamela or also called by the Portuguese fishermen masseira. A boat without which there would be no seafood fishing afloat. Like the boat, this villa is functional and practical, ideal for 6 people.
Distributed over two floors, it has two large bedrooms of 11m2 and 10m2, plus a full bathroom of 5m2. A huge open concept living-dining room with the kitchen makes up the ground floor of 31m2 where there is a large sofa bed. Its 67m2 total area also has a private terrace and jacuzzi.
DORNA
The iconic Galician traditional boat, the Dorna, gives its name to this wonderful 61m2 two-storey villa. Its sloping roof design is reminiscent of the boat’s characteristic sail. A comfortable and spacious space, perfect for families and groups of up to 6 people.
Its two bedrooms of 10m2 each, dominate the upper floor. They share a beautiful bathroom. The ground floor gives access to the private terrace and jacuzzi. And its 28m2 are home to a beautiful living-dining room with a sofa bed and the kitchen.
CHALANA
Like the Chalana, this house is a must because it is the ideal retreat for day-to-day living in Galicia. With space for 5 guests, it has two bedrooms of 10m2 and 7m2 respectively, on the upper floor. It also has a complete bathroom.
The ground floor consists of a 27,5m2 living-dining room, where there is a sofa bed, and the kitchen. From this level there is access to the private terrace and hydromassage. A functional and comfortable 55m2 villa in which to enjoy the Pontevedra coast.
BUCETA
Like the boat to which it pays homage, its design is all about balance. It is a two-storey house of 57m2. The bedrooms are on the first floor and are spacious: 11m2 and 7 m2, respectively. The bathroom is also located on the upper floor.
A 29m2 living-dining room with a sofa bed and open to the kitchen, integrates the ground floor. From here you can access the whirlpool and the terrace of the villa. It is fantastic for groups of up to 5 people.
TRAINERA
The slender and long Trainera gives its name to this single-storey open concept villa. Its 56m2 are home to: a bedroom, a loft-style living room, a kitchen and two complete bathrooms. One of them is fully accessible. The entire floor has access to the private terrace and gives access to the jacuzzi.
It is a perfect home for those who enjoy open spaces without barriers. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.
