Exclusive design, passive and eco-efficient house with capacity for 6 people, belonging to the tourist apartment complex Mardesía Galicia, in A Lanzada. It is located less than ten minutes walking from the beaches of Foxos, Areas Gordas, Lapa and A Lanzada, as well as the hermitage and site of A Lanzada. Like the other Mardesía tourist apartments, it is south facing, which allows an optimal control of light and temperature to achieve maximum comfort. Both its exclusive design and architecture and its operation are conceived with the aim of offering the most pleasant and comfortable stay possible, for which the house has a personalized virtual assistant (PAM), whose objective is to help and facilitate the stay of our guests, offering them to immerse themselves in the landscapes and seafaring culture. It consists of 67 m2 distributed on two floors, terrace and private jacuzzi: On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, 11 and 10 m2 fully equipped and a bathroom of 5 m2. On the lower floor, with an area of 31 m2, you will find the integrated kitchen and living room with sofa bed.

It is strictly forbidden to take any object out of the villas.

Pet owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not cause a nuisance to other guests or damage to the facilities.
