It is located less than ten minutes walk from the beaches of Foxos, Areas Gordas, Lapa and A Lanzada, as well as the chapel and site of A Lanzada. Like the other Mardesía tourist flats, it is south-facing, which allows optimum control of light and temperature for maximum comfort. Both its exclusive design and architecture as well as its operation are conceived with the aim of offering the most pleasant and comfortable stay possible, for which the house has a personalised virtual assistant (PAM), whose objective is to help and facilitate the stay of our guests, offering them to immerse themselves in the landscapes and the seafaring culture. Villa with capacity for 5 people, has 57 m2 distributed on two floors, private terrace and jacuzzi: On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, 11 and 7 m2 and a bathroom of 4.5 m2. On the lower floor, with a total area of 29 m2, you will find the integrated kitchen and the living-dining room with sofa bed.
